Turn. A product design concept.
The idea of this design concept was to create a modern record player that encapsulates the retro spirit; to combine modern and antique, synthetic and natural, digital and analogue.
A built-in WiFi receiver and a processing unit, allow the record player to recognize the played track and pull information (cover, lyrics, video clips) about it from the internet, displaying it on the LCD touchscreen.
The listener can then request for more details about the album, read reviews, find lyrics, etc. The device can be connected to a projector or an external display, which allows it to be used as a media centre.
Lay back, relax, and enjoy the music with the very first smart record player.
